I am a fan of this place. It has been there for a long time and there is a reason. The food is always good and at a reasonable price. This is a good place to eat between classes at the JC. Go check it out.

I usually come here to grab an horchata with my to-go Ikes order. Normally what I do is park in the ikes parking lot, grab my food, and walk over to grab my drink. Today, there was no parking at the ikes parking lot so I parked here and went to grab my sandwich first since it was ready. As i started walking out, a woman opened the back door and told me I couldn't park there and to park on the street. When I walked in to grab my horchata she tried to explain why and I stopped her and told her I didnt need an explanation, I would just write this review. She then went on to say, well if you are only getting a drink, then you still wouldn't be able to park in this parking lot. Her saying that didn't really make anything better. She then refused to serve me what I ordered. I've worked in hospitality and catering and that is no way to treat any customer. Period.

The El pastor meat was not good. I just tasted like ground beef with taco seasoning. And not marinated pork. But the service was nice the counter help was nice and helpful.

A place worth dragging out the old cliche: legendary. Family owned and operated for generations. Authentic food, locally famous hot sauce.

I love this place. The only place I know of to get Machaca. Reminds me of the taquerias in San Diego. And I'm so happy they started selling their hot sauce in larger sizes :)
